Our Women's Program balances premeire training with around the clock accessibility. With classes that begin every hour and half-hour, 7 days a week, our women have 153 opportunities Monday-Sunday to make our workouts fit into their schedule.

For less than the price of a cup of coffee, our women receive personalized group training with constant supervision from multiple Top Dog professionals. Workouts are laid out each day before their arrival, and each workout can be manipulated to cater to each client's ability level or desired training intensity.
